John Clemente

John Clemente, SBDC Southern Region business advisor, spends half of his time working with Advanced Regenerative Manufacturing Institute and its BioFab Startup Lab businesses. A decorated combat veteran with the US Navy, John served in corporate executive positions in diverse sectors, utilizing his expertise in analytics, corporate consulting, and business strategy. John co-founded Echo Ridge, a pioneering AI analytics company that was named the Best AI Fintech in New Hampshire for 2022 and a Top Startup in 2019. As an Associate Professor at the University of San Diego, John taught Naval History and Strategy.

John holds an MBA from the University of San Diego and a Master of Science from Dartmouth College. From the nuts and bolts of starting a business to addressing complex business challenges, John’s analytical acumen has consistently driven organizational success, marking him as a leader committed to the greater good.
