Photo and Video Release Authorization
I hereby grant the New Hampshire Small Business Development Center (NH SBDC) permission to photograph, videotape, and/or record my likeness, image, voice, and statements during NH SBDC programs, events, meetings, or activities.
I understand and agree that these photographs, video recordings, and/or audio recordings may be used by NH SBDC for educational, promotional, marketing, public relations, and other lawful business purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, use in:
- Printed publications and brochures
- Annual reports and newsletters
- The NH SBDC website
- Social media platforms
- Digital and online communications
- Presentations and training materials
- Videos and other multimedia productions
- News media and other promotional materials
I understand that these materials may be edited, reproduced, published, distributed, displayed, or otherwise used by NH SBDC without further notice or approval.
I acknowledge that I will receive no compensation or royalties for the use of these materials and that all photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, and related materials become the property of NH SBDC.
I release and hold harmless NH SBDC, the University of New Hampshire, and their respective employees, agents, and representatives from any claims arising out of the use of these materials, including any claims relating to privacy, publicity, defamation, or copyright.
This authorization is voluntary and remains in effect unless revoked in writing. Any revocation will apply only to future uses and will not affect materials that have already been published, distributed, produced, or otherwise used prior to NH SBDC's receipt of the revocation.
Electronic Signature
By typing my name below and submitting this form electronically, I acknowledge that I have read and understand this Photo and Video Release and voluntarily agree to its terms. I further agree that my electronic signature, including my typed name submitted electronically, has the same legal force and effect as my handwritten signature.
