With a remarkable 45-year economic perspective, she has helped countless entrepreneurs not only understand their numbers, but also gain clarity about who they are as business owners and where they truly want to go. A CPA by trade, Hollis has never relied on numbers alone. Instead, she blends analytical rigor with deep listening, empathy, and insight—creating space for clients to reflect, grow, and make confident, informed decisions.

Her work with the NH SBDC has always gone far beyond spreadsheets. Hollis collaborates closely with fellow SBDC business advisors, using financials as a powerful tool while keeping the whole person—and their vision—at the center of every conversation. Her holistic approach honors each client’s individuality, embracing their quirks, strengths, and aspirations while guiding them toward sustainable success.
