Warren Daniel
Warren Daniel thoroughly enjoys his third career advising businesses in SBDC's Seacoast region. Transitioned now to part-time advising, Warren was the NH SBDC Seacoast Regional Director for 21 years. His areas of expertise include access to capital, turnarounds, financial projections and analysis, management infrastructure development, and assisting independent restaurants. He works with Seacoast businesses in numerous industries, including many restaurants and cafes throughout NH, assisting in business planning, strategic planning, cash flow management, and cost containment.
Warren brings 29 years of experience in creating, growing, and managing an independent quick service restaurant chain. He has worked extensively with the UNH Peter T. Paul School of Business and Economics internship program where clients from the Seacoast office receive expertise from business students. Warren also has taught at the Paul School for 11 years. He is a member of the Dover Chamber of Commerce Governmental Affairs Committee, Durham Economic Development Committee, Senator Shaheen’s Small Business Advisory Council and sits on a number of non-profit boards. His relationships with Regional Development Corporations is a key factor in helping clients’ access capital to grow their businesses.
Through his expertise and client involvement, he has won awards such as the NAMTAC Project of the Year in 2002 for the Restaurant Initiative, the ASBDC State Star in 2006 and 2016, and the NH SBA Service Excellence and Innovation Center award in 2011. Warren and wife, Elise, have two adult daughters and live in Durham, NH enjoying the variety of outdoor activities each season brings.
