Rafael Calderon

Rafael Calderon is a Community Navigator Liaison for NH SBDC's Inclusivity Commitment program. He connects with community members and business owners primarily in Nashua and Manchester, with an emphasis on BIPOC and New American residents. He is lending his extensive network to SBDC and enjoys making new connections.

Rafael is the owner of CHW4EVER, LLC, and introduces people to new ways to create their ideal lifestyles by teaching people how to self-manage their social determinants of health. He creates motivational and educational video productions for his YouTube channel Rafael Calderon. Rafael attended Fitchburg State College in Fitchburg, MA.
