Rich Grogan joined the NH SBDC in September 2012 as Keene Regional Manager. A native of Winston-Salem, NC, he comes from an entrepreneurial family which is evident in his passion for small business. Rich comes to the NH SBDC with a diverse background in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, marketing, banking, higher education, and public administration. He has years of experience combining his knowledge and business acumen with leveraged educational resources such as student projects and faculty research, all in the name of helping small business. Rich also has extensive knowledge in corporate and organizational sustainability and is published on this topic. Also, he has presented at conferences in the United States, Canada, and the Netherlands and has receieved awards including the Detroit Press Club Foundation's Michigan Excellence in Journalism Award. He is a member of various professional associations and has provided community services by assisting several Monadnock Region non-profits. Additionally, Rich holds a Bachelor's degree in Business from Wake Forest University, an MPA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a PhD in Organizational Sustainability from Michigan State University.
