This course explores the many ways small businesses can undertake programs to improve their customer service and focus on the customer’s needs. You’ll learn some easy, first steps to take, and how to explore more elaborate systems using outside consultants, for example. You’ll also learn the basics of using social media to gather information and to serve your customers.
