September 18, 2020
8:00 am - 11:30 am
Fatalities caused by falls from elevation continue to be a leading cause of death for construction employees, accounting for 320 of the 1,008 construction fatalities recorded in 2018 (BLS data). Those deaths were preventable. The National Safety Stand-Down raises fall hazard awareness across the country in an effort to stop fall fatalities and injuries.
After the event, participants will be able to download a Certificate of Participation. The certificate pages will be active on September 14, 2020, for employers to enter their information and print their certificates. https://www.osha.gov/StopFallsStandDown/
Please logon prior to the start of the event as it will begin right at 8:00 am and unfortunately with the number of attendees, we will not be able to assist or stop the session if anyone has logon or computer issues.
