Mary Collins

Mary Collins has been State Director since 1997. She oversees the organization’s statewide office in Durham, the regional and satellite offices, educational programs and economic development initiatives. She serves on the Board of Directors of the New Hampshire High Technology Council (NHHTC), the NH Experimental Program to Stimulate Competitive Research Board (EPSCOR ), a statewide science and technology initiative, and the NH International Trade Advisory Board. She previously served on the national board of the Association of Small Business Development Centers (ASBDC). Mary worked in the private sector for 20 years where she held positions in finance, business development, and sales and marketing for manufacturing and engineering firms. She has received the Citizens Bank Good Citizens Award 2010, the NH Business & Industry Association Above and Beyond Award 2009, and the NH Business Review 2006 Hall of Fame Award. She holds a B.A. from UMass Boston and an M.B.A. from Rivier College in Nashua.
