Hollis McGuire is the Nashua Area Director for the New Hampshire Small Business Development Center. Hollis’ over 20 years of experience include work as a business owner, controller, finance manager, and product manager for traditional and high technology companies. She began her career as a CPA in the Boston Small Business Division at Coopers & Lybrand. She founded her first company in 1994, with the vision of providing financial services to high-technology entrepreneurs, where she shepherded them from inception to successful cash-out. The company was acquired in early 2000 by Baker Newman and Noyes, LLC. After serving as the Managing Director of the McGuire & Stebbins division of BNN, she co-founded an accounting and operations firm in 2003. Hollis has an MBA with a concentration in Finance from the University of Connecticut. She is a Certified Public Accountant in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. More recently, Hollis was a recipient of the 2006 Outstanding Women In Business Award by the New Hampshire Business Review and Laconia Bank.
