Warren Daniel has been the Seacoast Director of the NH Small Business Development Center since 2000. He has taught business courses at the Whittemore School at UNH and at UNH Continuing Education Department. His areas of expertise include working with restaurants as well as financial analysis.
Warren owned and operated a chain of restaurants for twenty-three years. He oversaw the operation and was responsible for business planning, strategic planning and growth management. This experience enabled him to create the “Restaurant Initiative” for the SBDC, which is a statewide program where he counsels New Hampshire restaurants. In 2002, the program won Business Assistance Outstanding Project of the Year from NAMTAC. The Restaurant Initiative has been successful in assisting existing and new eating establishments in business planning, strategic planning, cash flow management and cost containment.
He received his BS in accounting from Queens College in 1976 and his MBA from Plymouth State University in 2005.
