Business Clinic

The Business Clinic is a private half day clinic where a business owner, experts and a facilitator come together to explore a business problem and break the logjam, moving the business past the problem.

Companies that are ready for a business clinic do a significant amount of work prior to the clinic. This includes SBDC counseling, business problem definition, considering readiness for the clinic, and brainstorming the type of panelists who can best help the business owner.

The business owner provides written materials to the panel of experts up front, so that participants will be fully informed about the company background information and challenges prior to the clinic.

The business commits to follow up work with the SBDC after the clinic, in order to continue to move the business forward.
